Today people seem to live in a permanent state of shattered nerves and chronic fatigue. The effect on
health, marriage and on how children are raised, is a serious issue.
Society can not turn a blind eye to these apalling levels of stress and allow so many citizens
to suffer some form of physical stress, such as panic attacks, headaches, etc.
The current crisis is a ticking time bomb of marriages shattered by couples having too litttle time together, and
children growing up with exhausted, angry and disappointed parents.
The vast majority of people feel overburdened with the crude reality they have to face and the unbearable pressures they have to
overcome.
The result is that people are having sleep problems, aches and pains caused by daily tension. How can we combat stress???
In our English classes we offer
advanced students the possibility to

in this way excellent tools and
